Changes in the composition of the Management Board of ENEA S.A.

The Supervisory Board of ENEA S.A. during the meeting on 5 December 2011 adopted a resolution on recalling from the Board of the Member of the Board for Commercial Issues, Mr. Maksymilian Górniak. The duties of the Member of the Board for Commercial Issues were vested in the President of the Board of ENEA S.A., Mr. Maciej Owczarek.
