First employee shares in ENEA S.A. on the WSE

On 21 January, 8.1 million series B shares were introduced to exchange trading.  At the end of Friday’s trading, the block was valued at more than 180 million zlotys. The shares granted to almost 1400 employees of Elektrownia Kozienice S.A. comprise almost 2 per cent of the capital of the Poznan-based energy group.
