In relation to the current report No. 25/2013 of 20 June 2013 relating to the conclusion of a programme agreement and an agreement on guaranteeing the subscription for the bonds issued by ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o., the Board of ENEA S.A. (Issuer) informs that on 9 October 2014 the Issuer and ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. (Subsidiary) and Nordea Bank Polska S.A. concluded two annexes, respectively, to the programme agreement relating to the bond issue programme up to the amount of PLN 1,450,000,000 (Programme) and to the agreement on guaranteeing the subscription for the bonds issued within the Programme.
Pursuant to the concluded annexes the period of availability of the Programme within which bond issues will be conducted by the Subsidiary determined preliminary for 18 October 2014 is prolonged till 31 December 2015. Automatically, the term of the Programme will also be prolonged, which will currently last till 31 December 2030 or till the redemption day of the last bond if on the last day of the Programme validity not all the bonds are redeemed.
The other terms and conditions of the programme agreement and an agreement on guaranteeing the subscription for the bonds remain unchanged.
