Content of report:

The Management Board of ENEA S.A. (Issuer, Company) in relation to the current report No. 24/2013 of 19 June 2013 informs that on 12 August 2014 the Issuer and the European Investment Bank concluded a letter amending the Financial Agreement B relating to the loan totalling to PLN 475,000,000 (Loan) granted to the Company. Pursuant to the new wording of the Agreement the period of the Loan availability is prolonged and expires on 31 December 2015.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
