The Management Board of ENEA S.A. (Issuer) informs that on 27 June 2014 to the seat of ECEBE Sp. z o.o. in liquidation with its registered office in Augustów (ECEBE, an indirect subsidiary of the Issuer through ENEA Wytwarzanie S.A.) an excerpt was submitted of the decision of the District Court in Białystok, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register (Court) dated 23 June 2014, pursuant to which the Court registered the opening of the liquidation procedure of ECEBE. Jerzy Gałązka was appointed the liquidator, who is the hitherto President of the Board of ECEBE.

The decision on the liquidation of ECEBE was taken for economic reasons and is compliant with the Corporate Strategy of ENEA for 2014-2020, which in particular anticipates the concentration on the core operations. The Issuer informs that ECEBE generated annual sales revenues on the level of around PLN 1.4 mln. As of 31 December 2013 the owner is ENEA Wytwarzanie S.A. in connection with which its results were not incorporated under the consolidated financial statements of ENEA Wytwarzanie S.A. The entry on the opening of the liquidation was made pursuant to the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of ECEBE dated 12 May 2014.

In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
