In relation to the current report No. 14/2014 of 19 March 2014 the Board of ENEA S.A. informs that on 14 April 2014 meetings took place of the Boards, respectively, of ENEA S.A., ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. and ENEA Centrum Sp. z o.o. with trade unions operating in the aforementioned entities, during which agreements were concluded terminating the collective dispute regarding remuneration in the above companies in 2014.
