The Management Board of ENEA S.A. (Company) informs that on 12 March 2014 it received a notification from ING Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (Fund) filed complaint with Article 69 item 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering (...) on the decrease of the share in the overall number of votes in the Company to below 5%.

Before the sale the Fund held 23,236,572 shares of the Company, which constituted 5.26% of the Company's share capital. The shares entitled to 23,236,572 votes at a general meeting of the Company which constituted 5.26% of the total number of shares.

In the received notification the Fund informs that as at 11 March 2014 in the Fund's share account there is 19,885,362 shares of the Company, which constitutes 4.50% of the Company's share capital. The shares entitle to 19,885,362 votes at a general meeting of the Company which constitutes 4.50% of the total number of shares.
