The Management Board of ENEA S.A. (Company) informs that on 7 February 2014 it received information on the adoption on 6 February 2014 by the Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Board of WSE) of a resolution concerning admission and listing on the primary market of 2,000,033 B series ordinary bearer shares of the Company of the nominal value of PLN 1.00 each. Pursuant to the said resolution the Board of WSE decided on 11 February 2014 to list the aforementioned shares under the condition that the National Depository for Securities registers these shares and marks them with the code of PLENEA000013 on the same day.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
