Acting pursuant to § 34 item 1(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities [...], the Board of ENEA S.A. (Company) informs that on 7 February 2014 it received from the National Depository for Securities (NDS) an announcement on the registration on 11 February 2014 of 2,000,033 B series ordinary bearer shares of the Company of the nominal value of PLN 1.00 each.

The registration will be done based on the resolution of the Board of NDS of 31 January 2014, the receipt of which the Issuer notified in the current report No. 9/2014 of 31 January 2014.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
