The Management Board of ENEA S.A. (Company) informs that on 22 January 2014 it received a notice from Vattenfall AB submitted complaint with Article 69 item 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering (...) on the decrease in the share in the total number of votes in the Company.

In the received notification Vattenfall AB informed that as a result of the execution on 15 January 2014 of block trades concluded as a result of an accelerated book-building, relating to 82,395,573 shares of ENEA S.A. held by that entity ("Transaction"), the shareholding of Vattenfall AB of the Company's shares decreased from 82,395,573 shares of ENEA S.A. to 0 shares. As a result of the Transaction the shareholding of Vattenfall AB in the share capital of the Company and in the total number of votes decreased from 18.67% to 0%.

Compliant with the notification, Vattenfall AB presently holds no shares of ENEA S.A., and thus is not entitled to exercise any voting rights during a General Meeting of the Company.

Additionally, Vattenfall AB has no subsidiaries which hold Company's shares, and is no party to any agreement on the transfer of the entitlement to exercise voting rights, in the meaning of Article 87 item 3(c) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering (...).

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
