The Management Board of ENEA S.A. (Company) informs that on 22 January 2014, pursuant to the notification mentioned by ENEA S.A. in the current report No. 4/2014, the Company received, in the mode of Article 160 item 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005, on trade in financial instruments (Act) the notice from Mr. Torbjörn Wahlborg holding the position of a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company on the sale of shares of ENEA S.A. by a party closely related to him in the meaning of Article 160 item 2(4) of the Act, namely Vattenfall AB.

Pursuant to the notice a party closely related to the above mentioned person on 15 January 2014 sold in a non-session block transaction 82,395,573 shares of ENEA S.A. for PLN 12.50 per share.
