The Management Board of ENEA S.A. (Company) informs that on 22 January 2014 the resignation from the position of a Member of the Supervisory Board of ENEA S.A. with immediate effect was submitted by Mr. Torbjörn Wahlborg. The resignation was filed along with the notification on the sale of the Company's shares by Vattenfall AB with no additional justification for that decision.

Detailed legal basis: §5 item 1 (21) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic information [...].

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
