In connection with the current report No. 30/2013 of 23 September 2013 regarding agreement upon the conditions of the purchase of shares in PGE EJ1 Sp. z o.o., a special purpose vehicle for the construction and operation of the atomic power plant, the Board of ENEA S.A. informs that despite the non-fulfilment of the conditions precedent mentioned in the Draft Shareholder Agreement initialled on 23 September 2013, the parties decided to continue the works on the project of preparation and construction of the atomic power plant in Poland and elaboration of updated provisions in the Draft Shareholder Agreement.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
