In connection with the current report No. 5/2013 of 21 February 2013 the Board of ENEA S.A. informs that as of 31 December 2013 the Frame Agreement expires which related to the exploration and extraction of carbohydrates from shale and which was concluded on 4 July 2012 between Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A., KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A., TAURON Polska Energia S.A. and ENEA S.A.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
