Acting pursuant to § 5 item 1(21) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information [...], the Board of ENEA S.A. (Company) informs that on 25 June 2013 the Company received the resignation of Mr. Michał Jarczyński from holding the function of a Member of the Supervisory Board of ENEA S.A. The resignation from the held function was filed with effect as at the date of resignation, i.e. 24 June 2013. Mr. Michał Jarczyński in the declaration of resignation did not state any reasons for his decision.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
