In relation to the current report No. 16/2013 of 9 April 2013 and acting pursuant to § 5 item 1(22) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information [...], the Board of ENEA S.A. (Company) informs that on 15 April 2013 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution amending the resolution of the Supervisory Board of the Company of 9 April 2013 so that the nomination of Ms. Dalida Gepfert to the position of the Member of the Management Board for Financial Affairs of ENEA S.A. will be effective as at 23 April 2013 and not on the date indicated formerly, i.e. 10 May 2013.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
