In relation to the current report No. 45/2012 of 12 November 2012 the Board of ENEA S.A. informs that on 21 February 2013 the Annex No. 2 ("Annex") was signed to the Frame Agreement ("Agreement") of 4 July 2012 regarding the joint exploration and extraction of carbohydrates from shale. The parties to the Annex are all the parties to the Agreement, i.e. ENEA S.A., Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A., KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. and TAURON Polska Energia S.A. (further on jointly referred to as "Parties"). The Parties decided to extend the deadline for the determination of detailed conditions of the cooperation till 4 May 2013.

In the event that the Parties fail to determine the detailed conditions of the cooperation till 4 May 2013 the Agreement may be terminated by each of the Parties. Moreover, if within three months of such arrangements, the Parties fail to obtain all the required corporate authorisations or if till 31 December 2013 not all the required permits for the concentration are obtained, the Agreement shall expire.

The change of dates mentioned above is connected with the prognosis being in progress concerning the detailed conditions of the cooperation within which e.g. the project documentation is being developed.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
