Acting pursuant to § 5 item 1(21) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic information [...] the Board of ENEA S.A. informs that on 11 January 2013 Mr. Krzysztof Zborowski has resigned from the position of the Member of the Board for Energy Generation of ENEA S.A. The resignation from the held position has been submitted as of the statement date. Mr. Krzysztof Zborowski has not substantiated his decision.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
