Further to the current report No. 33/2012 of 5 September 2012 the Management Board of ENEA S.A. announces that on 28 December 2012 the Parties to the Letter of Intent to begin specific negotiations to develop a draft agreement of purchase of shares in the special purpose vehicle which is responsible for the direct preparation of the investment process of the construction and operation of the first Polish atomic power plant have extended the term of the Letter of Intent until 31 March 2013.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
