The Board of ENEA S.A. reports that on 18 December 2012 it received the information on the approval by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (President of ERO) on 17 December 2012 of the tariff for electricity distribution services for the subsidiary ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. for 2013. The President of ERO decided that the rates specified by ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. in the tariff were calculated based on the anticipated justified costs to be incurred relating to the licensed activity. Pursuant to the provisions being in force, the new tariff may enter into force not earlier than 14 days after its publication in the branch bulletin of the President of ERO. Decisions concerning the approval of new tariffs are published in the branch bulletin of the President of ERO published on the website of ERO at www.ure.gov.pl.
