Acting pursuant to § 5 item 1(22) of the regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information […], the Board of ENEA S.A. (Issuer, Company) informs that on 29 November 2012 the Supervisory Board of the Issuer adopted a resolution on the nomination of Mr. Krzysztof Zamasz as of 1 January 2013 to the position of the President of the Board for the 7th term. Till the taking over of the duties by the newly nominated President of the Board, Mr. Krzysztof Zamasz, the duties of the Issuer's President of the Board will be performed by Mr. Janusz Bil.
Mr. Krzysztof Zamasz is 38 years old and is a PhD in economic sciences.

Moreover, Mr. Krzysztof Zamasz is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained based on the act on KRS (National Court Register).
