In relation to the current report No. 38/2012 of 27 September 2012 and acting pursuant to § 5 item 1(21) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information [...], the Board of ENEA S.A. (Issuer, Company) informs that on 1 October 2012, in relation to the submission on 27 September 2012 by Mr. Maciej Owczarek, who has so far held the position of the President of the Board of ENEA S.A., of a declaration with the notice of termination of the service agreement within management, the Issuer's Supervisory Board adopted a resolution regarding dismissing Mr. Maciej Owczarek from the composition of the Issuer's Board. At the same time the Company informs that the Issuer's Supervisory Board adopted a resolution on vesting the duties of the President of the Board of ENEA S.A. till the nomination of a new President of the Board of ENEA S.A. to the present Member of the Board, Mr. Jausz Bil.

Detailed information concerning Mr. Janusz Bil, including that relating to his education, professional experience, conducting no business activity beyond the undertaking of the Issuer and not being listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained based on the act on KRS (National Court Register) was published by the Issuer in the current report No. 7/2012 of 24 February 2012.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
