The Management Board of ENEA S.A. (Issuer) informs that on 27 September 2012 Mr. Maciej Owczarek, the President of the Board of ENEA S.A., submitted a termination notice of the service agreement within the management of the undertaking of the Issuer. The termination of the agreement shall be effective as of today with a three months' notice period. At the same time the Issuer informs that the notice of termination of the aforementioned agreement as at the date of submission is not equivalent to a formal resignation from the position held in the Company's Board.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
