Acting pursuant to § 34 item 1(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities [...], the Board of ENEA S.A. (Company, Issuer) informs that on 8 August 2012 it received a notice from the Operating Department of the National Depository for Securities (NDS) which informed that on 10 August 2012 the registration would take place of 556,603 (five hundred and fifty six thousand six hundred and three) B series shares of ENEA S.A. marked with the code of PLENEA000013. The registration will be done based on the resolution of the Board of NDS No. 575/12 of 2 August 2012, the receipt of which the Issuer notified in the current report No. 30/2012 of 3 August 2012.

Thus the obligation specified in the Resolution No. 776/2012 of the Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange to list the aforementioned shares for public trading will be satisfied on 10 August 2012 of which the Company informed in the current report No. 31/2012 of 8 August 2012.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
