The Management Board of ENEA S.A. (Company) informs that on 8 August 2012 it received a resolution of the Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Board of WSE) concerning acceptance and listing on the primary market of 556,603 ordinary bearer shares of B series of the Company of the nominal value of PLN 1.00 each. At the same time, the Board of WSE decided on 10 August 2012 to list the aforementioned shares under the condition that the National Depository for Securities registers these shares and marks them with the code of PLENEA000013 on the same day.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
