Acting pursuant to § 5 item 1 (22) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information given by issuers of securities [...] (Regulation), in connection to all required declarations and the remaining supplementary information concerning education and professional experience received on 5 July 2012 from persons indicated below, supplementing current report no. 25/2012 of 29 June 2012 the Board of ENEA S.A. (Company, Issuer) hereby presents the following information concerning persons appointed for the company's Supervisory Board of the 8th term:

1. Mr. Wojciech Chmielewski.

Mr. Wojciech Chmielewski has university education. He has a master's degree in Polish philology and political science from the University of Wroclaw. He also completed post-graduate studies in "Public Policy in Europe" at the University of Strasbourg III, the National School of Public Administration in Warsaw and the School of European Integration (organised by the National School of Public Administration and the Ecole Nationale d'Administration in Paris). He is highly experienced as a supervisory board member in companies with State Treasury participation. Since 2000, he has been an employee of the Ministry of the State Treasury, where he currently acts as Vice-Director in the Department of Privatisation. Mr. Wojciech Chmielewski was a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company in its 6th and 7th term of office.

-from June 2000 to May 2001 member of the Supervisory Board of Fabryka Wyrobow Blaszanych Polmetal S.A. in Malomice

-2005 (September - December) - placement with the European Commission in Brussels (DG Competition)

-1999 (October - December) - administrative placement in Rennes, Brittany regional prefecture, France

Additional information on improving professional qualifications:

-completed course for candidates for members of supervisory boards of companies organized under company law.

Mr. Wojciech Chmielewski is not conducting any form of competitive activity towards ENEA S.A., is not participating in a competitive company as a partner in a civil or private partnership or as a member of a governing body of an incorporated entity, and is not participating in another competitive legal entity as a member of its governing body.

Mr. Wojciech Chmielewski is not disclosed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept on the basis of the Act on the National Court Register.

2. Mr. Michał Kowalewski.

Mr. Michał Kowalewski has higher education, having graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, and has a PhD at the Business Science College of the Warsaw School of Economics.

He has more than 15 years' professional experience in managerial and project positions, which he gained in commercial law companies and other business organisations, where he held the position of Director of Operations and other managerial positions.

Mr. Michał Kowalewski completed a number of courses in management, including sales area. He was an academic teacher and restructurisation consultant, he is the member of OIRP (District Chamber of Legal Advisers) in Warsaw, he has a license of an official receiver.

Since 2008 employed by the Ministry of State Treasury. When working for the Department of Capital Markets he participated in the work of design teams preparing stock exchange transactions of companies with State Treasury participation. At present he is employed in the Department of Restructurisation.

Mr. Michał Kowalewski was a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company in its 7th term of office.

Mr. Michał Kowalewski is not conducting any form of competitive activity towards ENEA S.A., is not participating in a competitive company as a partner in a civil or private partnership or as a member of a governing body of an incorporated entity, and is not participating in another competitive legal entity as a member of its governing body.

Mr. Michał Kowalewski is not disclosed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept on the basis of the Act on the National Court Register.

3. Mrs. Małgorzata Aniołek.

Mrs. Małgorzata Aniołek has higher education in economics. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Foreign Trade of the Central College of Planning and Statistics in Warsaw (now Warsaw School of Economics). She is fluent in German and Russian. She has been a civil service official since 1 December 2005. She has participated in numerous training courses in accountancy, corporate finance, financial instruments and management accounting.Since May 2001, she has worked at the Budget and Finance Department of the Minister of the State Treasury, where she has been the director since 15 November 2007. Her main tasks include conducting the Ministry's accounts, settling privatisation agreements, recovering receivables of the State Treasury and planning and supervising the implementation of the Ministry's budget with regard to budget resources and special funds.

From 1990 to 2000 she worked at Chimex Sp. z o.o., which conducted commercial activities and provided technical advice on the basis of representation agreements with foreign producers of chemicals, mainly for the paint and varnish industry, the plastics industry, the paper industry, light industry, the textile industry and the food industry. From 1993 she was a member of the company's Management Board, responsible for its pricing policy on the Polish market, marketing and distributing its products in Poland and its financial affairs (settlements with suppliers and customers, cooperation with banks, carrying out analyses of whether transactions are profitable, investing free funds).

From 1982 to 1990 she worked as a sales specialist in the Fixtures Office of PTHZ VARIMEX in Warsaw, where she was responsible for exports of sanitary fixtures and connectors to West Europe and countries in the Middle East, imports of industrial fixtures and cooperation with regard to fixtures and foundry engineering and compensation transactions.

Mrs. Małgorzata Aniołek was a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company in its 7th term of office.

Mrs. Małgorzata Aniołek is not engaged in any activities whatsoever which would constitute competition against ENEA S.A., she does not participate in any competing enterprise as a partner in a private partnership or any other form of partnership or as a member of a corporate body of a limited company, nor does she participate in any other competing legal person as a member of any of its corporate bodies.

Mrs. Małgorzata Aniołek is not listed in the Insolvent Debtors Register maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.

4. Mr. Jeremi Mordasewicz.

Mr. Jeremi Mordasewicz graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of Warsaw University of Technology in 1974.

Past experience:

-Advisor to the Executive Board of the Polish Federation of Private Employers - Lewiatan, and its representative in the Tri-partite Commission on Socio-Economic Affairs since 2001.

-Tasks performed at PKPP (Polish Federation of Private Employers):

- monitoring the economic situation,

- providing opinions on draft laws in respect of their economic consequences,

- formulating recommendations concerning economic policy,

- presenting the viewpoint of PKPP Lewiatan in the media,

- furthering knowledge about the economy.

-Supervisory Board Member of Dr Irena Eris S.A. since 2004.

-Supervisory Board Member of ZUS (the Polish State Social Insurance Agency) since 2005.

-Member of the Treasury Affairs Consultative Council constituted under the auspices of the Minister of Finance, 2004-2005.

-Owner and CEO of a design and construction business, 1991-2004.

-Co-founder and Deputy Director of the Business Centre Club, 1991-2000.

-Member of the Team for Reducing Bureaucracy in the Economy, 1998-1999.

-Member of the Commission for Reform of Employment Law and Social Insurance, 1994-1998.

Between 1974-1990:

-academic teacher at the department of Civil Engineering and Architecture of Warsaw University of Technology,-designer and manager of the Design and Research Centre of Mostostal,

-engineer on Mostostal and Budopol construction projects in Poland, Algeria and Switzerland.

Awards: Knights' Order (Krzyz Kawalerski) for furthering economic education and integrating the business community.

Mr. Jeremi Mordasewicz was a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company in its 7th term of office.

Mr. Jeremi Mordasewicz is not engaged in any activities whatsoever which would constitute competition against ENEA S.A., he does not participate in any competing enterprise as a partner in a private partnership or any other form of partnership or as a member of a corporate body of a limited company, nor does he participate in any other competing legal person as a member of any of its corporate bodies. Mr. Jeremi Mordasewicz is not listed in the Insolvent Debtors Register maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.

5. Mr. Graham Wood.

Mr. Graham Wood is not engaged in any activities whatsoever which would constitute competition against ENEA S.A., he does not participate in any competing enterprise as a partner in a private partnership or any other form of partnership or as a member of a corporate body of a limited company, nor does he participate in any other competing legal person as a member of any of its corporate bodies.

Mr. Graham Wood is not listed in the Insolvent Debtors Register maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
