In connection with the current report No. 10/2012 of 7 March 2012 the Board of ENEA S.A. informs that on 28 May 2012 a meeting took place of the Board of ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. (ENEA Operator) with trade unions operating in the subsidiary during which an agreement was concluded terminating a collective dispute within remunerations in ENEA Operator in 2012.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
