The Management Board of ENEA S.A. reports that on 17 December 2014 it received information on approval on 16 December 2014 by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (President of ERO) of the electricity tariff for G tariff group sets (connected tothe network of ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o.) for the period from 1 January to 31 December 2015. The approved tariff includes the raise in electricity selling prices for G tariff group sets averagely by 0.68% resulting from higher costs of realisation of statutory obligations to redeem colour electricity certificates. Pursuant to the regulations in force the new tariff enters into force not earlier than after 14 days of its publication in the sectoral bulletin of the President of ERO and not later than within 45 days from its publication. Decisions concerning the approval of new tariffs are published in the sectoral bulletin of the President of ERO on the website of the Energy Regulatory Office at www.bip.ure.gov.pl
