Acting pursuant to § 5 item 1(22) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information [...], the Board of ENEA S.A. (Issuer) informs that on 12 March 2012 the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Issuer adopted a resolution on appointment on 12 March 2012 of Mr. Sławomir Brzeziński to the composition of the Supervisory Board of ENEA S.A. for the VII common term.

Mr. Sławomir Brzeziński possesses higher qualification, graduated from Poznan University of Technology from the faculty of Management and Production Engineering. Additionally, he graduated from the Post-graduate Studies - Poznan University of Technology from the faculty of Quality Management in Theory and Practise and from Post-graduate Studies - Poznan University of Economics from the faculty of - Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
