In relation to the current report No 8/2012 of 27 February 2012 concerning listing on the stock exchange and determination of the first quotation date of B series shares of ENEA S.A. (Company) and pursuant to § 34 item 1(4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information [...] the Board of the Company informs that on 29 February 2012 it received a resolution of the Board of the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierow Wartosciowych S.A.) (Board of KDPW) of 29 February 2012, according to which the Board of KDPW decided to perform on 5 March 2012 assimilation of 30,981,380 shares of the Company marked with code of PLENEA000070 with 407,904,562 shares of the Company marked with the code of PLENEA000013. The shares subject to assimilation receive the code of PLENEA000013.

At the same time the Company informs that according to the aforementioned Resolution starting with 5 March 2012 the 438,885,942 shares of the Company are marked with the code of PLENEA000013.

In relation to the above the condition of listing of the said shares on the stock exchange indicated in the Resolution of the Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Gielda Papierow Wartosciowych w Warszawie S.A.) of 27 February 2012, of which the Company informed in the current report No 8/2012, has been fulfilled .

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
