Acting pursuant to § 34 item 1(4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information [...], the Board of ENEA S.A. (Company) informs that on 27 February 2012 it received a resolution (Resolution) of the Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Gielda Papierow Wartosciowych w Warszawie) (GPW) of 27 February 2012, according to which the Board of GPW decided to list on the primary market 30,981,380 ordinary bearer shares of B series of the Company (B series shares) of the nominal value of PLN 1.00 each, marked with the National Depository for Securities (KDPW) with the code of PLENEA000070 starting from 5 March 2012.

At the same time, pursuant to the Resolution, listing of B series shares takes place on condition that KDPW performs assimilation of these shares with the Company's shares marked with the code of PLENEA000013 on 5 March 2012.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
