Acting pursuant to § 5 item 1(22) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information [...], the Board of ENEA S.A. (the Issuer) informs that on 24 February 2012 the Supervisory Board of the Issuer appointed starting from 19 March 2012 Mr. Janusz Bil to the position of the Member of the Board for Commercial Issues of ENEA S.A.

Mr. Janusz Bil holds higher qualification, is a graduate of the Lodz University of Technology, MSc. Eng., Electrical Power Engineering, Lodz University - Master of Economics.

Professional experience:

10.2011 - till present Inter Energia S.A. Warsaw, President of the Board.

Restructuring and elaboration of a new strategy for the company, company management.

03.2011 - 10.2011 Consulting performed within own family business.

Projects connected with acquisitions on the Polish market, consulting within market development, deregulation and liberalisation for the Ukrainian DTEK company.

2007-2011 Vattenfall Poland Warsaw, Director for Market Regulation and Development.

Coordination of operations of Vattenfall companies in Poland within market regulation and development. Participation in international structures of Vattenfall Group within management of regulations.

2007-2009 Member of the Supervisory Board of the Polish Power Exchange Warsaw.

Representative of minority shareholders, as Vattenfall, in the Supervisory Board of the Company.

Mr. Janusz Bil does not perform any other activity than the one indicated above which could be deemed competitive in relation to ENEA S.A., and he does not participate in any other competitive company than the one indicated above as a partner of a civil law partnership, commercial partnership or as a member of a body of a joint stock company, and does not participate in any other competitive legal person as a member of its body. Moreover, Mr. Janusz Bill is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained based on the act on KRS (National Court Register).
