The Management Board of ENEA S.A. (Company) informs that on 20 February 2012 it received a resolution of the Board of the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierow Wartosciowych S.A.) (KDPW) of 20 February 2012 (KDPW Resolution) according to which the Board of KDPW, having considered the motion of the Company, decided to accept to the National Depository for Securities 30,981,380 ordinary bearer shares of B series, of nominal value of PLN 1.00 each, and mark them with the code of PLENEA000070, provided that the company running the regulated market decided to admit these shares for trading on this market.

At the same time the Company's Board informs that it has today received a resolution of the Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange concerning admission for exchange trading on the primary market of the Company's 30,981,380 ordinary bearer shares of B series, of the nominal value of PLN 1.00 each. Therefore a condition specified in the Resolution of KDPW was satisfied.

Additionally, the Company's Board informs that pursuant to the contents of the KDPW Resolution registration of the said shares in KDPW shall take place within three days of filing by the Company in KDPW of documents confirming that the company running the regulated market made the decision concerning the admission.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
