The Management Board of ENEA S.A. (the "Issuer") acting pursuant to § 103 item 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information […] (Regulation), hereby presents the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2012:

Extended consolidated quarterly reports containing individual quarterly financial statements:

- QCR for Quarter IV 2011 – on 29 February 2012

- QCR for Quarter I 2012 – 15 May 2012

- QCR for Quarter III 2012 – on 14 November 2012

Extended consolidated half-yearly report containing abbreviated non-consolidated half-yearly financial statement:

- SACR for the first half of 2012 - on 30 August 2012

Annual reports:

- R individual annual report for 2011 - on 27 April 2012

- CR – consolidated annual report for 2011 - on 27 April 2012

The Issuer also declares its intention of continuing in 2012 of publication of extended consolidated quarterly reports containing quarterly financial information mentioned in § 83 item 1 of the Regulation and an extended consolidated half-yearly report containing abbreviated financial statement mentioned in § 83 item 3 of the Regulation.

The Issuer also announces that in accordance with Article 101 item 2 of the Regulation it will not publish an extended consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2012.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
