The Management Board of ENEA S.A. (the Issuer) reports that on 19 December 2011 it

received information on approval by the President of the Energy Regulatory Authority

(President of the ERA) of the tariff for electricity distribution services for ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. for 2012. Pursuant to the provisions being in force, the new tariff may enter into force not earlier than 14 days after its publication in the branch bulletin of the President of the ERA. Decisions concerning the approval of new tariffs are published in the branch bulletin of the President of the ERA made available on the website of the ERA at www.ure.gov.pl
