Acting pursuant to § 5 item 1(21) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information […], the Board of ENEA S.A. (Issuer) informs that on 5 December 2011 the Supervisory Board of the Issuer adopted a resolution on recalling of the Member of the Board of ENEA S.A. for Commercial Issues of the VII term - Mr. Maksymilian Górniak from the composition of the Board of ENEA

S.A. Till a new Member of the Board is appointed the duties of the Member of the Board for Commercial Issues were vested on the President of the Board Mr. Maciej Owczarek.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
