Acting pursuant to § 38 item 1(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities […], the Board of ENEA S.A. (Company) informs that on 2 December 2011 it received the decision of the Regional Court for Poznan - Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznan, VIII Economic Division of the National Court Register of 28 November 2011 concerning registration of amendments to the Company's Statute adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company on 29 June 2011.

The Issuer presented the scope of the registered amendments to the Company's Statute mentioned above in the current report No. 22/2011 of 30 June 2011 concerning the amendments and adoption of the uniform text of the Company's Statute.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
