The Management Board of ENEA S.A. (Company) informs that on 1 August 2011 they learned about sudden death of Mr. Paweł Balcerowski, the Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company. Mr. Paweł Balcerowski was continuously acting in the electroenergetic industry from 1981. The position of the Member of the Supervisory Board of ENEA S.A. for the VII term was vested in him by the employees in June 2009.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
