With reference to Current Report No. 11/2011 of 2 March 2011, the Management Board of ENEA S.A. announces that on 16 March 2011 an understanding was signed between ENEA S.A. and the employee side concerning an increase in remuneration. The collective dispute concerning the increase in remuneration was thereby brought to an end today.
