Content of report:

The management board of ENEA S.A. (the Company) informs that on 1 March 2011, pursuant to Article 8 of the Act of 23 May 1991 on resolving collective disputes, the Company notified the Regional Labour Inspectorate in Poznan of the emergence of a collective dispute on 1 March 2011. A party to the said collective dispute is NSZZ Solidarność Organizacja Międzyzakładowa ENEA Nr 58 ZR Wielkopolska.

The reason for the emergence of the collective dispute is the non-implementation by the Company of a demand for a pay increase.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
