The Management Board of ENEA S.A. (the “Issuer") announces that, on 2 February 2011, the Issuer and ENEA Operator Sp z. o.o. signed an annex (the “Annex") to an agreement for the provision of electricity distribution services, the conclusion of which the Issuer announced in current report No. 6/2010 of 15 January 2010. The agreement for the provision of electricity distribution services concluded on 14 January 2010 is for the purpose of ensuring the provision of and defining the principles for the provision of distribution services in order to implement comprehensive agreements and sales agreements concluded by the Issuer with customers connected to the grid of ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o.

The Annex stipulates planned payments in the total amount of PLN 1,843,111,900 for the provision of distribution services in the period between 1 January 2011 and 31 December 2011. The payment amount specified may be adjusted if discrepancies appear between the amounts shown on invoices and the remuneration actually due.

At the same time, the Issuer announces that the total value of turnover carried out between the Issuer and ENEA Operator Sp z. o.o. in the past 12 months, taking into account the Annex signed on 2 February 2011, amounts to approximately PLN 1,863,411,900.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
