Acting on the basis of Clause 34 par. 1 pt. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities [...] of 19 February 2009, the Management Board of ENEA S.A. (the Company, the Issuer) announces that, on 20 January 2011, it received a bulletin from the Operations Department of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (KDPW S.A.) in which it was announced that, on 21 January 2011, KDPW S.A. will register 8,100,939 (eight million one hundred thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine) series B shares in ENEA S.A. identified by code PLENEA000013. The registration will be made on the basis of Resolution of the Management Board of KDPW S.A. No. 36/11 of 17 January 2011, the receipt of which the Issuer announced in current report No. 2/2011 of 18 January 2011.

The condition for introducing the above shares to exchange trading specified in Resolution No. 90/2011 of the Management Board of Gielda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszwie S.A. (the Warsaw Stock Exchange), about which the Company reported in current report No. 3/2011, will thereby be fulfilled on 21 January 2011.

After the performance of the above registration, the total number of shares in ENEA S.A. registered in the National Depository will be 407,904,562.
