The management board of ENEA S.A. (the Issuer) reports that on 17 December 2010 it received information on approval by the President of the Energy Regulatory Authority (President of the ERA) of the tariff for electricity for the G tariff group set in the home package and advance payment package for 2011 for ENEA S.A. and tariffs for distribution services for ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. Pursuant to binding provisions, the new tariffs may enter into force not before 14 days after their publication in the industry bulletin of the President of the ERA. Decisions concerning the approval of new tariffs are published in the industry sector bulletin of the President of the ERA placed on the website of the ERA at www.ure.gov.pl
