Acting pursuant to Clause 38 par. 1 pt. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities [...] of 19 February 2009, the Management Board of ENEA S.A. (the "Company") announces that, on 6 April 2010, it received a decision of the District Court for Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, dated 25 March 2010, concerning the amendment of data in the National Court Register with respect to the Company’s Statute. The amendments were registered on 29 March 2010 and are connected with the adoption on 8 January 2010 of Resolution No. 4 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company concerning the amendment of the Company’s Statute.

Content of the amendments:

1. In Article 5:

a) point 52 is added with the following wording: “52. Activities of head offices and holding companies, excluding financial holding companies 70.10.Z"

b) point 53 is added with the following wording: “53. Public relations and communication activities 70.21.Z"

c) point 54 is added with the following wording: “54. Business and other management consultancy activities 70.22.Z".

2. In Article 29 par. 5 the term “401 par. 1" is replaced with the term “400 par. 3".

3. In Article 31 par. 1 the term “400 par. 2" is replaced with the term “400 par. 1".

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
