With reference to Current Reports No. 29/2009 of 12 May 2009, No. 30/2009 of 19 May 2009, No. 34/2009 of 20 June 2009 and No. 36/2009 of 26 June 2009, the Management Board of ENEA S.A. announces that on 9 December 2009, at a meeting of the Board of Social Arbitration, an understanding was signed between the Management Board of ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. and the trade unions operating at ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o., which exhausts the subject of the collective dispute about which ENEA S.A. provided information in the aforementioned reports. The collective dispute concerning the remuneration of employees of ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. was thereby brought to an end.
