With reference to Sections 1.1 and 1.2 of the Recommendations set out in “Good Practice of Companies Listed on the WSE" relating to providing wide and effective access to information necessary to assess the Issuer’s situation, the Management Board of ENEA S.A. (the “Company") announces that on 8 September 2009, pursuant to Article 8 of the Act on Resolving Collective Disputes of 23 May 1991, it submitted a notification to the District Labour Inspectorate in Poznań that a collective dispute had arisen on 7 September 2009 with the following Trade Union Organisations operating in the Company:
- The Inter-Company Trade Union of Employees of the ENEA Capital Group;
- The ENEA Inter-Company Committee of the Independent Self-Governing Trade Union Solidarity;
- The Inter-Company Trade Union Organisation of the Engineers and Technicians Union at ENEA S.A.
The subject of the collective dispute is the Company’s provision of information to the trade union organisations on a planned privatisation, i.e. information on the privatisation plan, the way in which the employees will be guided through the privatisation process and the effect of a potential change in the shareholder of the Company on the employees’ situation.
