Acting pursuant to Clause 5 par. 1 pt 21 of the regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities […], the Management Board of ENEA S.A. (the Issuer) hereby announces that on 1 September 2009 the Supervisory Board of the Issuer adopted a resolution to dismiss Mr Czesław Koltermann from the Management Board as of 1 September 2009. The Supervisory Board did not disclose the reason for the dismissal of the member of the Issuer’s Management Board.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
