Acting on the basis of Paragraph 5 item 1 pt. 22 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities […], the Management Board of ENEA S.A. informs that on 27 June 2009, the Supervisory Board of ENEA S.A. adopted a resolution on the appointment of Mr Tomasz Treider to the Company’s Management Board for the 6th term of office. Mr Treider was appointed to the position of Member of the Management Board for Commercial Affairs, effective from 1 August 2009.
Mr Treider has higher education and graduated from the Faculty of Electronics of Gdańsk University of Technology and Warsaw University of Technology / Business School – Executive MBA. His professional experience is as follows:

March 2008 – March 2009 SAS Institute Poland, Sales Director in the Public and Industry sector;
April 2004 – February 2008 Deloitte Central Europe, Business Developer & Senior Consultant;
September 2003 – March 2004 Ernst & Young Audit Sp. z o.o., Business Developer;
August 2000 – September 2003 Alcatel Polska S.A., Account Manager;
January 1999 – August 2000 DGT Sp. z o.o., Central and Eastern Europe Sales Director;
October 1997 – December 1998 Lucent Technologies Poland S.A., Account Manager;
April 1995 – September 1997 Siemens Sp. z o.o., Sales Representative;
January 1994 – March 1995 AT&T TELFA S.A., Associate Sales Support Engineer Switching;

Mr Tomasz Treider does not conduct activities in any form which are competitive with respect to ENEA S.A., he does not participate in any competing company as a partner in a private partnership or a partnership or as a member of a corporate body of a joint stock company or limited liability company, and he does not participate in a different competing legal person as a member of a corporate body, nor is he listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained on the basis of the National Court Register Act.
