With reference to current reports No. 29/2009 of 12 May 2009, No. 30/2009 of 19 May 2009 and No. 34/2009 of 20 June 2009, the Management Board of ENEA S.A. as the Issuer hereby reports that a Collective Agreement was signed today between the Management Board of ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. (the “Company") and the trade unions operating in the Company. Pursuant to the above agreement, the collective dispute has been suspended until 20 September 2009. The agreement was signed as a result of the parties to the dispute achieving a partial settlement of the collective dispute.
