Further to current reports No. 29/2009 of 12 May 2009 and No. 30/2009 of 19 May 2009, the Management Board of ENEA S.A. as the Issuer informs that following the exhaustion of the procedure for talks and mediation provided for in the Act on Collective Dispute Resolution of 23 May 1991 and in view of the failure to settle the dispute within the time limit established by the Management Board of ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. and the Strike Committee of the Trade Union Organisations, on 19 June 2009, the Strike Committee announced that a warning strike will be held in all the organisational units of ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. from 7.00 to 9.00 am on 22 June 2009.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
